Dr. Sandy's Notes:  Acai berries are believed to have more antioxidant content than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or blueberry. Chemicals in acai might also reduce swelling, lower blood sugar levels, and stimulate the immune system. I use this in my shake every morning.  The science is not strong but if you don’t eat enough berries- it’s a great way to get them into your diet.
